Workshops

Fire Dragon regularly organises workshops in Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Lu Kung Fu.

The workshops are both a good introduction to one of the training courses, and a deepening and boost of skills for those who have been training with us for a while.

Throughout the year we also give Dao Lu training weekends, in which all aspects of Dao Lu training will be dealt with. A deepening of your training skills or an opportunity to refresh when living out of town. Mainly for those who already train at Fire Dragon.

Dao Lu goes rural!
A whole weekend of camping and training.
June 26-27-28
On the Woldberg in Baars, a beautiful big field in the woods.

Training is free and unstructured, you only pay for your stay and bring your own food and drinks.

Dao Lu weekend #30

Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November

Intensive training days from 9.00 till 17.00, with a warm lunch.
With good weather the Saturday will start with the regular Tai Chi training in Segbroekpark.

Costs include a warm lunch and drinks & bites during the breaks.

Chi Kung Training Day

Sunday November 29
9:00 till 17:00

Plenty of time to play with swinging, swaying, spiraling, and spinning the ball. Time and space to make connections between Dao Lu Chi Kung and daily life, in which every movement consists of these four ingredients.

Costs €110,- for the whole day, including a warm lunch and drinks and bites during the breaks.
